About 121 Realty
121 Realty was founded by people with a vision to impact their community and the world for good. In 1992, one of these individuals founded Network Communications, a mobile phone business in Australia. Over the years it has grown into a successful business that has been a vehicle to bring hope to a hurting world and help fight poverty and injustice through generosity and partnership.
That vision was that the technology of communication – mobile phones – could be used to impact the community, a nation, and maybe the world. Network Communications wanted to be a means to make a difference in a community and a nation. No one could have imagined that within a few years nearly everyone in the world would be connected with a smartphone. As the world changed, and Network expanded, part of the fulfillment of this vision was establishing the Australian Christian Channel (ACCTV). Media has the power to deliver hope, and ACCTV connects around this central theme believing that hope is the greatest message of all.
Network Communications and ACCTV together have been able to impact their community and the world through their partnerships with organizations such as Charity Mobile, Compassion Australia, and The Mercy Fund. These charities are doing incredible things in fighting for mercy and justice and bringing hope through the Pacific region and the world.
121 Realty was started in 2009 to expand the vision that began in a cell phone shop in Australia to our communities here in Colorado. Our goal is to be a light to the people we serve. On the surface, we look like a business. However, at our core, we exist to love people. This is at the heart of everything we do. Going above and beyond with every client to help them achieve their goals in home ownership. As part of our commitment to continue the vision of our founders, we take 10% of our revenue and give it to organizations that make a difference in the lives of people in our communities. Our hope is that we at 121 Realty can also be a vehicle to love people, bring hope, and make a difference here in Colorado and the world.

In January of 1998, I attended Action School of Real Estate in Springfield, MO where I was first licensed. Upon completing the class, I placed my license with a small company in Ash Grove, MO. Several moves later, in 2005 I moved back to Arvada, Colorado where I went to work right away doing what I enjoy most, helping people through the process of purchasing or selling a home.
In 2009, with the help of wonderful people, 121 Realty began. The past 21 years have been wonderful. I can’t see myself doing anything else. My passion is helping and serving others. Along the journey of either selling or buying a home, I meet many people and my goal is to have made new friends at the end of the journey. For the past 5 years, 5280 Magazine has given me the award of “5 Star Professional.” This award is given to the top 7% of Realtors in the state of Colorado. My customers have been key in nominating and selecting me for this award.

I started out working as a veterinary technician back in the early ’90s, leaving to pursue my greatest accomplishment – my kids! Now that my children are grown and in college, selling real estate has become a way to help pay for the many expenses encountered when embarking on the college adventure. I was born and raised in Colorado and have explored much of the Denver Metro area. This knowledge, attention to detail, and a desire to help people find a home to call their own, enable me to effectively serve my clients. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family, doing yard work, tending my chickens, and seeing movies.
I am a Colorado Native that grew up in Golden, CO and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. After marrying my high school sweetheart, we set up house in Arvada and have lived there ever since. My passions include beekeeping, gardening, reading books of all kinds, and spending time outdoors. I volunteer with the children’s ministry at my church as a Sunday school teacher. In my previous career life, I was an accountant at a local government office. I love selling real estate and genuinely care about the people I serve.
My name is Randy and I’d love to be your Realtor. I grew up in Minnesota but moved to Colorado in 2008 to attend Colorado Christian University. Now I’ve lived on the western side of Denver for over 10 years and been in the real estate business since 2012. I’m excited by the creative side of real estate and real estate investments. I have done many residential fix-and-flip as well as rental investments, myself. I pride myself on representing my clients with the same investor perspective that I bring to the business for my own home and investments. Outside of work you’ll find me snowboarding and playing hockey. I also help manage an international non-profit called Snowboarders & Skiers for Christ. My amazing wife Marissa is the backbone of my work, life and family. Together we’re blessed to have two incredible little girls. I count it as an honor to play a role in helping others find a home or investment and help make your goals a reality.
I am a mom of 3 athletic teenagers and an avid runner. My life has taken me from California to Philadelphia to Ohio and now Colorado is my adventurous home. I enjoy the outdoor Colorado lifestyle of endless trails, hikes, climbing 14ers and visiting mountain towns. Over the past 15 years, I have embraced the adventurous Denver area as a realtor and educator. As a current Arvada resident, I am well connected and actively involved in the community. My contacts and residency leverage my enthusiasm and expertise.
I was originally an educator for 15 years. Through teaching, I learned the value of integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service and apply those values to every detail of your real estate transaction. As an SRES licensed agent and have extensive study in estate law, trusts, downsizing and assisted living. I take a compassionate approach to my client’s transition into a home or care facility that best fits their unique needs.
Now, as I step into this new career as a licensed real estate broker, I am looking forward to helping people get ahead in life with real estate!
I grew up in Los Angeles, and am a “California boy” at heart. I attended Azusa Pacific University where I also played college tennis. I spent many Summers in Missouri as well working at a sports camp. My “camp crush” who is now my wife brought me out to Colorado and I have fallen in love with the Denver area. I pride myself in being a “Denver coffee shop expert”, so if you ever need to know where to get the best cup of Joe in Denver you’ve come to the right place! Colorado’s culture, outdoor activities, and sunshine are some of the few reasons why I’m proud to call Denver my home. When I’m not working or at a coffee shop, I am trying to get a cardio fix through hiking, running, or pickleball.
I am passionate about helping people with the buying and selling of real estate because wherever we call “home” is such a special place. I always serve my clients with determination and loyalty.
