Organizations We Support

Our goal is to be a light to the people we serve. On the surface, we look like a business. However, at our core, we exist to love people. This is at the heart of everything we do. Going above and beyond with every client to help them achieve their goals in home ownership. As part of our commitment to continue the vision of our founders, we take 10% of our revenue and give it to organizations that make a difference in the lives of people in our communities. Our hope is that we at 121 Realty can also be a vehicle to love people, bring hope, and make a difference here in Colorado and the world. Here is a list of organizations that we currently or have supported in the past:

Dream Makers

Dream Makers reaches our older teenagers who are aging out of the foster care system. Our goal is to inspire and empower these teens by giving them an opportunity to dream about their future. These dreams may be an internship that connects them with an opportunity for the future, a practical gift to launch them towards their next step, a gift to learn a new skill or an experience to gain confidence. In any case, it’s their dream, and we want to inspire these kids to dream big!

Sister Carmen Food Bank

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization with no religious affiliation. As a Family Resource Center, we are East Boulder County’s only comprehensive source of individual and family services. We have been serving our community for over 30 years. We utilize a strengths-based approach in working with participants, recognizing that everyone has a collection of strengths upon which to build. Many programs will refer to helping their participants reach Self Sufficiency. While we use that term, we also recognize that no individual or family is an island. People need people. We want to provide families the resources that can support their efforts towards achieving economic stability and building natural community supports. Strengthening families and community…that is what we are about.

Ralston House provides education and outreach to prevent child abuse. Our mission is to stop the abuse and start the healing.
