121 Realty was started in 2009 with the goal to be a light to the people we serve. On the surface, we look like a business. However, at our core, we exist to love people. This is at the heart of everything we do. Going above and beyond with every client to help them achieve their goals in home ownership. I am a Colorado Native that grew up in Golden, CO and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. After marrying my high school sweetheart, we set up house in Arvada and have lived there ever since. My passions include beekeeping, gardening, reading books of all kinds, and spending time outdoors. I volunteer with the children’s ministry at my church as a Sunday school teacher. In my previous career life, I was an accountant at a local government office. I love selling real estate and genuinely care about the people I serve.

I am a mom of 3 athletic teenagers and an avid runner. My life has taken me from California to Philadelphia to Ohio and now Colorado is my adventurous home. I enjoy the outdoor Colorado lifestyle of endless trails, hikes, climbing 14ers and visiting mountain towns. Over the past 15 years, I have embraced the adventurous Denver area as a realtor and educator. As a current Arvada resident, I am well connected and actively involved in the community. My contacts and residency leverage my enthusiasm and expertise.
I was originally an educator for 15 years. Through teaching, I learned the value of integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service and apply those values to every detail of your real estate transaction. As an SRES licensed agent and have extensive study in estate law, trusts, downsizing and assisted living. I take a compassionate approach to my client’s transition into a home or care facility that best fits their unique needs.

I grew up in Los Angeles, and am a “California boy” at heart. I attended Azusa Pacific University where I also played college tennis. I spent many Summers in Missouri as well working at a sports camp. My “camp crush” who is now my wife brought me out to Colorado and I have fallen in love with the Denver area. I pride myself in being a “Denver coffee shop expert”, so if you ever need to know where to get the best cup of Joe in Denver you’ve come to the right place! Colorado’s culture, outdoor activities, and sunshine are some of the few reasons why I’m proud to call Denver my home. When I’m not working or at a coffee shop, I am trying to get a cardio fix through hiking, running, or pickleball.
I am passionate about helping people with the buying and selling of real estate because wherever we call “home” is such a special place. I always serve my clients with determination and loyalty.
